The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. Holiday house mountain view and lake proximity, 6 rooms (11 pers.)

In the middle of a fantastic Allgäu mountain landscape lies in the picturesque, winding village of Niedersonthofen (municipality of Waltenhofen) directly between Kempten, Sonthofen and Immenstadt on beautiful Niedersonthofen Lake, in an Alpine built 500-year-old farmhouse, the quaint cozy 6-room apartment. Here, tedious crafts and tradition paired with lots of Allgäu nature and hospitality meet. Attention to detail has not been made. Pure farm feeling.
