Cycling in the area or shopping in Den Bosch. Recreation on and in the water is also recommended. Fishing, paddle boarding or swimming in the Lithse Ham or in the outdoor pool. "Veertuin" -apartment on the dike

The ground floor of the old ferry house exudes atmosphere and privacy. It is the ideal place to explore the Betuwe and centrally located between Utrecht and Den Bosch. The apartment is a dike house and is not easily accessible for a wheelchair due to the thresholds and height differences. PLEASE NOTE: work on the dike will be carried out from April to November 2024. There is a risk of noise pollution on working days 07:00-16:00 h. It is quiet on weekends and between July 29 and August 25.

The recently renovated "Guesthouse De Hucht " is a great place to really relax....with a large veranda and spacious views of the garden. To relax, there is also a private wellness. Due to its location a lot of privacy. You can also bake your own pizza in the stone oven!! "Guesthouse De Hucht" itself is 87m2 and equipped with all the necessary luxury. Romantic guesthouse in an old coach house, with private sauna. In our backyard, between fruit trees. We look forward welcoming you to our home! Typical Dutch village Tricht lies in the country center- easy access to main cities by train. Amsterdam/The Hague/Rotterdam about one hour by train! Close to Den Bosch (15 min) & Utrecht (25 min). Excellent biking (bikes available!), hiking canoeing and swimming options. And after an active day relax in your private sauna :)

Detached cottage on the Waal, Veermanshuisje.

Due to the dike reinforcement project, the dike is closed from 18/8 and the cottage is only accessible in an alternative way (but by car, then walk 40 meters along the main house). The Veermanshuisje is therefore closed until 19/12. Then open again but because there can be some nuisance (in principle not on the weekend or the Christmas holidays) and the landscape is temporarily damaged, I rent the cottage until 31/3/25 for a very high discount (min. 3 nights).
