Lovely 1 bedroom barn annexe in idyllic village

This unique place has a style all its own. A one bedroom (sleeps 4) converted barn in the idyllic village of Shouldham, nestling on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a fantastic forest with woodland trails to walk, jog or cycle. Enjoy a pint in the award-winning pub the King's Arms. (Both 800m away) The barn has been lovingly converted and attractively furnished to include a double bedroom, living room, dining area/orangery. Outside there is a completely enclosed garden and courtyard areas.

Situated in a woodland location, this detached annexe at GOMO is in beautiful area. It has a fenced lawned garden which is exclusively for your own use. It is an ideal base to explore the Sandringham estate and the Norfolk coastline. Just outside the property you can walk directly into the wooded area and the two picturesque lakes beyond. Ideal for walkers and dog walking. It is a peaceful location but still very close to the nearest town Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail park.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. 56 Pentney Lakes is a bespoke log cabin situated directly on the lake of the popular Pentney Lakes site. This airy and modern cabin has four large bedrooms (2 en-suite) and will sleep 8-10 quests. The downstairs has a games room( Playstation 2 & 3, Wii and board games), entrance hall and large open plan living space containing a luxury kitchen, dining space and sofa area. The living space has two large bi-fold doors that open out onto the outside decking area with hot tub.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
