Located on the edge of Brafferton village, we are family and pet friendly (well behaved). The village offers 2 pubs and a butchers within walking distance and the city of York is just 15 miles away. 'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. This private annexe at Gowlands Farm House is located just off the A59, 8 miles from York and 14 miles from Harrogate, it makes an ideal base for visiting the nearby towns, cities and countryside that North Yorkshire has to offer. York Park and Ride is located 5 miles away. The North York Moors and Coast, together with the Dales, are accessible as an alternative day out. The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to roam freely.

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

The sun is shining. Spring discounts released. Enjoy luxury accommodation in a desirable location near York, Harrogate and Castle Howard. Our converted barn in landscaped gardens, has two double bedrooms, the main having cast iron free standing bath. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. The open plan kitchen and living space is an ideal living area, with another quiet sitting room on the first floor overlooking the gardens, our house being adjacent. We also have a 7kW EV charging point.

Unique holiday home a stones throw from Filey beach with wonderful beach views. This beautiful guest house is fresh, clean and has direct private access to the beach (two minute walk down to the beach , 25 minute walk into Filey town centre). A peaceful place to stay with your own self contained kitchen and bathroom. A perfect base for walking, exploring the area of simply relaxing whilst taking in the stunning beach views. A truly magical place to enjoy Filey.

The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, Woodmans Annexe is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and all meals including breakfast, is a mere 20m across the square. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

The Retreat

The Retreat is set in a rural location and has lots of original features with a modern feel. With ample off road parking and close to the Stillington-Easingwold road its the perfect base to come back to after a visit to the many local attractions. The market town of Easingwold is 2 miles away and the City of York is 12 miles. The North York moors are close to hand and if you fancy venturing further you have the coast and the Yorkshire dales

The Old Stables, Luxury Holiday Home with Hot Tub.

Superb luxury holiday accommodation. The Old Stables is a stunning barn conversion set in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds. It has space in abundance, with a light airy contemporary feel yet retaining fabulous features such as the vast vaulted ceiling and the underfloor heating keeps you cosy on those chilly evenings. The Spectacular bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely patio, garden and hot tub area, which is a fantastic sun trap.
