This guest house is on a 44 acre horse farm in the heart of Virginia's horse country. Conveniently located to the blue ridge mountains, multiple horse show facilities, and 6 fox hunting territories. The house is newly renovated with a large front porch, open kitchen and living space with two bedrooms and a loft for sleeping. This property can accommodate travelers with horses utilizing an oak fenced pasture with a run in shed. Stalls, a riding ring, jump field and trails are also accessible.

Enjoy serene, country views from a comfortable, cozy home. Beautifully situated above a horse pasture with a sweeping pond below. Only 7 minutes to the Great Allegheny Passage! 17 miles to Flight 93 Memorial, and 27 miles to Seven Springs and Hidden Valley ski slopes! There is also a local Amish community only 10 minutes South, with local produce and handiwork. We have a working farm next door with sheep, horses, cats, dogs, and occasional kittens and puppies you may be able to greet.

Relax with family, friends, or enjoy a solo retreat at this peaceful place to stay in the country. Chestnut House was built in the early 1940s, with Wormy Chestnut wood everywhere! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!

Perfect for a couple or solo traveler this destination is close to wineries/breweries and farm-to-table restaurants. Whole House -Seven Elms Farm B&B

Come and enjoy peaceful setting of our 1870 farmhouse situated close to historical Town of Purcellville, great for shopping and enjoying a good meal, W&OD trail is nearby for a walk or a jog. Or you can just sit on either one of the two covered porches with a good book and take in natural open spaces and a view of a serene pond. And of course we are located in heart of Loudoun County's wine country, great spots for picnic and tasting of great selection of wines.

Circa 1902, the Cottage is nestled at the foot of the Blueridge Mountains. The location will put you in touch with the history of the area, antique shops, wineries/breweries and nearby hiking. 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs; living room, dining table and full kitchen on main level (note ceilings in living/dining room are 6'3"). Wifi, fire pit and small charcoal grill. Absolutely no pets/animals. The property has video security system on the exterior of the property only.
