The house is part of a modernized farmhouse and very suitable for families. It can accommodate up to 8 adults & 2 children max. The 2 largest rooms have a private bathroom. The 2 smaller rooms share a bathroom. There is a large living room with pellet stove and large dining table. Outside you can sit on a sunny terrace. Forest and beach are within walking and biking distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and up to 8 people , age from 35.

Opposite the Natura 2000 area Solleveld and the water tower is the house of Leo and Marloes. The apartment (50m2) is under the house and accessible via private entrance and elevator. It has a comfortable living room, bedroom (double bed), kitchen and bathroom with spacious shower. Equipped with all necessities and decorated with unique beach finds of "the Sand Motorbike" With the available bikes, the beach is 5 min away. The price includes tourist tax, excluding 15% Airbnb.

Where the b&b can be used for the participants to stay overnight.
