A perfect retreat for those wanting a relaxing, peaceful getaway but also a great location for an active holiday and great for families, with lots of space around you and a host of opportunities nearby. The lodge is set in the garden of a lovely family home, it is surrounded by fields and private woodland to explore. You will have the entire lodge to yourselves. Tea, coffee and a delicious continental breakfast is provided on arrival.

Private spacious luxury cosy log cabin with a small private garden looking out onto the woods. The cabin is fully heated with wifi throughout. Kitchen lounge area comprising of small fridge freezer, hob top, combination oven microwave, kettle, toaster, 42 inch television, chromecast, table and chairs and sofa. The bedroom area consists of a kingsize bed, free-standing bath, wardrobe, hair dryer and there is access out into the garden. Separate shower room and cloakroom with sink and toilet.

Direct forest access - stunning views - log fire

Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Plenty to parking and undercover storage space for bicycles etc. Watch the deer from the windows! The nearest pub is 10 minute walk and there are 3 other pubs within 3 mile radius including the Royal Oak at Fritham

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

A lovely Petite Self Contained Studio Annexe with own private access & courtyard Patio set in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15 minute walk into town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs etc alongside The River Avon. There is also a Pub/Restaurant within a 3 min walk. The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. And a 20 minute drive takes you to our Blue Flagged Beaches.

Beautiful Lodge with views of the countryside

Bay Tree Lodge is a beautiful little space set in the countryside, ideal for a peaceful getaway for two people or can accommodate up to a family of four. We are located approx. 25 minutes from Salisbury, 30 minutes to Bournemouth/Poole and 10 minutes to the New Forest. The Lodge is newly refurbished with all the facilities you should require during your stay with us. The Coach House with walled garden

Our converted coach house offers a cosy corner in the busy village of Downton from which to visit the historic cathedral city of Salisbury and the open spaces of the New Forest. Parts of the property date back to 1475 with links to the Bishops of Winchester. There is plenty on offer in and around the village, with local shops, gardens, pubs, walks and bicycle rides along the River Avon. Bournemouth beaches are not far away. We welcome dogs (please see info regarding fee).

Beautiful studio with direct access to New Forest

Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat. The sofa can be converted into extra sleeping if required and extra bedding is provided. There is a a small private outdoor area to enjoy during the summer months. Dogs are welcome...

Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults/family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

Idyllic cottage in the New Forest

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
