County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Troika Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is an upstairs unit above the garage and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Black Mountain Farm overlooks the Nicasio reservoir and the rolling hills of West Marin County. We have a cozy little off-the-grid "cottage" next to our pond with a bed, solar lights and incredible views. Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. It is a few miles from the ocean and boasts two bedrooms, a private garden and covered patio, and views of the countryside that stretch for miles.
