Modern bathroom with corner bath and rain shower, washer use, small garage. Relax in the outdoor seating area outside the house. They are right in the middle of the historic old town and still sleep quietly.

Our lovingly furnished attic apartment - please note that some stairs are to be mastered - has everything you need for a shorter or longer stay and will be used by you alone. Quiet at the end of a residential street, close to the center + S-Bahn. The loft scores with a covered southwest balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, walk-in closet, washer-dryer, sauna area can be used on request, charging facility electric car. When needed, another double room next door.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in 90sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and passes seamlessly and fence-free directly into the Schönbuch nature reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos), no barrier-free entrance to the apartment possible!
