* * This is a condominium located in a residential area!! Please note that it is not available for gatherings & parties & drinking, and there are frequent noise complaints. * * We replace with new bedding that has been washed and sterilized every time. * * We do not allow entry other than the number of guests. If you would like to simply stay inside, eat, or have tea inside rather than a necessary visit, such as packing your luggage or delivering items within 10 minutes, we ask that you include it in the number of guests. It is a new building built in January 2019. There is an elevator, so it is easy to climb and get off, and there is a common entrance lock at the entrance, so it is safe. There are not many households, so there are no noise problems. There is a parking lot underneath the building pilotti, and one car is available for free. There is a food alley 2 minutes away, so there are restaurants and bars that run late at night. It is good as a short-term rental accommodation for families with children with 1.5 rooms and a spacious kitchen. A super single bed/a queen-sized sofa bed/a queen-sized topper mattress is prepared separately and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Use of the jacuzzi is low - if it is above - 8, and there may be restrictions on use. Around the bamboo moss garden, look to the garden anywhere inside the house. Depending on the ever-changing light, the garden and the house have a lot of colors. Bamboo swaying in the wind, the sound of the water falling in the pond, and the birds that often come to hang out. You can see it. We have designed the space to feel the comfort and beauty of nature. In particular, healing materials have been designed to close to nature. During the day, the brightness and atmosphere of the house are determined by the weather by natural light. In the evening, it helps you get the night vibe, most indirect lights up, so you'll feel comfortable and calm.

Hi, this is Movie House. (Important★) - The basic etiquette part, but I'll tell you again. The sound leaks really well inside through the gates and walls caused by loud noises. The same interval is short, so after 11pm, we would appreciate it if you could lower the sound than usual. Also, there may be a dispute with the house below due to thumping, so please never run and be careful with walking. Please.! If you confirm and receive a complaint, we will proceed with the enforced eviction. If there are unpleasant things, or if you make a reservation for 2 people, and you are caught staying for more than 3 minutes, we will proceed with check-out and strict measures. If you follow the host's rules and in the case of the situation, you can leave good memories without damaging each other, so we would appreciate it if you could familiarize yourself with our host, our guidance message. It is a two-story single-family house located 2 minutes on foot from Exit 3 and 4 of Cachiul Station on Line 7. The greenery is abundant, so it is good for a walk, and the surrounding area is surrounded by small mountains, so it is cozy and quiet. It is about 35 pyeong with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 spacious living room. Parking for 2 cars in front of the house. Natural Ecological Park within a 10-minute walk. Bernecheon Trail. Cafe Street 5 minutes away. Restaurants. Natural Ecological Park and Botanical Garden 10 minutes. 15 minutes by car from Gimpo Airport, 20 minutes by train. 3 other traditional markets are 10 minutes away by car. Convenience store location 1 minute away in front of the house. A place I keep wanting to stay, Relax with the whole family in this tranquil retreat.🎼 We live on the second floor (host). Our house is located a 4-minute walk from Sinjung-dong Station (Line 7). You will have access to a tidy accommodation due to thorough quarantine management. Replacement after washing bedding for every reservation. All appliances/furniture and alcohol disinfection are conducted to ensure cleanliness and safety. (My personality is so meticulous. You don't have to worry about hygiene.) It is located in the downtown area, so you can walk to all the amenities you want (department stores, large grocery stores, movie theaters, banks, government offices, etc.). This is the best location in Bucheon. I'll give you a private accommodation with self-check-in. It is a loft house where you can sleep while looking at the sky open from the wide window, the wonderful sunset, and the spectacular night view. Share your life with a sensational instagrammable interior.
