Two bed well equipped cottage with internet, cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron, log burner, TV and hairdryer. Located in the heart of historic uphill Lincoln. Very close to the castle and cathedral with parking in the courtyard garden for one small car (eg. Kia Sportage). One double bedroom and small second bedroom with bunk beds. Cottage is suitable for maximum of three adults or two adults and two children over 5. One small dog is welcome. Please advise us of the breed if you book.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. There is a private entrance and car parking. It's located on the outskirts of Welton, 6 miles from the cathedral city of Lincoln.
