This is a single-family residence that was remodeled and completed in July of 20 years. It is located in a quiet seaside village and you can also see the sea from the house. There is Mewol Beach and RCE Sejatra Forest nearby, so it is also good for a morning and evening walk. 5-10 minutes by car from Tongyeong IC/10-15 minutes by car from major tourist attractions such as Jungang Market and Dongpirang. You can feel the location is somewhat distant, but it is close to the city where you can go to the main point within 15 minutes by car.
