The little house in the Pomona Valley

Relax with family at this peaceful home with large wooden deck where the sun reaches from morning till night. The plot is fenced so you can have your dog on your holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove and microwave and in the bathroom there is in addition to the toilet and sink also a bathtub. By bike or on foot you reach Sweden's most beautiful beach in Knäbäckshusen in 10 minutes and in the village there is the French crêperie and Mandelman's gardens. The beds are located in a sleeping loft that is reached by stairs.

Charming brick villa in old Yngsjö village

Charming older brick house in Yngsjö village but still in the middle of nature with forest up to the back of the plot. Private garden for socializing or resting. Few minutes walk to Helgeå or a smaller walk through the village and pine forests down to the beautiful white sandy beach that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Two dog beaches close by. Bicycle path to Åhus where you can shop, see culture, harbor and eat well. Close to the national park Stenshuvud and the waterfall in Forsakar for more nature. Here is everything you need.

New house near the sea in Furuboda

Among the pine trees of Furuboda, between Åhus and Kivik, on the border with Österlen, you can hire our newly built year-runt house (2023) of 147 sqm. From the house you walk 600 meters through a nature reserve of pine trees, blueberry rice and sand cushions, down to the sea with the long lovely sandy beach. Within about a mile radius there are grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, glass kiosks, outdoor pools, museums, art galleries and nice hiking trails. The national bike trail “Southeast Trail” goes outside the house.

Scenic location in Christinehof Illstorp - Österlen

Welcome to this wonderful home with great views of nature where the deer often greet a good morning. Experience the tranquility of nature and be close to Österlen's beaches and lively energy at the same time! In the past, we have rented out our guesthouse as a "super host" (see review), now we rent out the entire place together with a guest house! By car, you can reach Brösarp in 15 minutes, to the sea (Haväng) and to Kivik in 20 minutes. Christinehof's castle, Alunbrukets coffee cottage and Hallamölla waterfall are 5 minutes away.

Cute house in stunning nature

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis, the house is located individually with about 300 meters to the nearest house. Newly renovated winter-occupied cottage with room for 4-6 people, the house has a beautiful location in a valley on Rusberget. Amazing nature around the house with hiking trails and a barbecue area with a view just 500m away. Enjoy bird singing and morning coffee on the patio deck. Within 15-30 minutes you can reach both swimming, canoe rental, fishing, shopping and many other things.

Toste hus

Here you live in the middle of the village, close to neighbors but still secluded. This charming house with parts from the 18th century, has two floors, with master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dedicated study downstairs. There is also the small bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a larger living area with TV, a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The garden invites to coffee moments in the small arbor, games on the lawn, or a walking tour among the beautiful apple trees.

House from the 1850s with wood-fired sauna, Österlen.

Lansatorpet is a three-length farm from the 1850s, beautifully located on a gravel road in the woods of Österlen between St Olof and Brösarp with Mariavalls Kloster as the closest neighbour. The forest is full of rich wildlife, wild raspberries, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry hops. The bird song and the foliage give the place a harmonious feel. You're in the middle of nature!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you have proximity to scenic areas. In this newly renovated house you have opportunities for recovery while being close to both hiking, swimming or why not take a trip down to Österlen's gems. In Degeberga you can also experience our nice nature reserve with Skåne's largest waterfall and forsakarsbadet. Towards Brösarp you will find Brösarp's slopes with nice hiking trails there's also a large raspberry farm to visit.

House with sea view in Viks fishing village in Österlen

Newly built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Near Stenshuvud National Park, Mandelmann Gardens and two fantastic golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and harbour but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for lazy days, but also for nature lovers.
