Our house is close to Gooch's Beach & Dock Square, Kennebunkport. You’ll love the oceanfront location with spectacular views and direct beach access,. Our house is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families with kids. Summer: June 14 thru Labor Day is a Sat to Sat 7 day only. The rest of the year has a 3 night min and variable/lower rates. There is NO smoking or pets permitted ANYWHERE on property. If this policy is violated, there will be a minimum charge of $500.

New kitchens, baths, & appliances. Only steps to the beach and will sleep up to 8 people. Off-street 2 parking spaces, private picnic area and large gas BBQ grill. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, pillows and towels. Check in Saturday after 3PM, check out the following Saturday by 10 AM

Awesome Great Boars Head with 1st floor access

upscale beach neighborhood ... with manager Onsite . excellent people watching spot with sidewalks to the beach center about 1 mile away . Low tide accessible beach but it’s rocky before you hit the sand. one SMALL (under 25 lbs)dog ok...perfect for couples or a small family . No parties or loud noise. Private side porch off the back door .. the rest of the porches are shared. ONE off st parking spot unless prior arrangements have been made. We Verify identity.

Willard Beach is a great sandy beach w/clear water for swimming, water activities and walkable to many restaurants/shops.
