My house is located within the exclusive and guarded subdivision of Club Morocco in Subic, Zambales. It is near the waters of Subic Bay and about 20 minutes away from SBMA. Guests can enjoy the facilities of the clubhouse with corresponding fees. The house is surrounded by sprawling plants. It has 2 living and dining areas, 2 kitchens, 2 shower and bath rooms, 1 powder room, 4 bedrooms, and a back porch with an amazing view of the Subic sea. QUIET TIME IS AT 10PM . NO PARTY ALLOWED

Welcome to our industrial guest house, located on the first floor. It’s exclusive, meaning it’s just for you. The area is 150 sqm. It has its own gate, so you’ll really feel the privacy. The room is good for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 people, with 4 double beds and a bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and towels are provided, along with free breakfast. Before I forget, outside the accommodation is a coffee shop. You can also hang out and have coffee with your friends and family.
