All around there are walking/cycling routes, various restaurants, medieval villages to visit and in a quarter of an hour you are at the sea. The house has various facilities. Bicycles can be hired on request.

The apartment (a small house) is situated in the village Paladini near town Buzet known as the "city of truffles"(12km). 13 km from the beautiful old town Motovun and 18km from Hum the smallest town in the world. The views from the village are stunning. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We also have a Truffle shop and we can organize truffle hunting in family Karlić tartufi.
