Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. After a stressful year of work carried out within the four walls of the office and the town's apartment, the annual leave should be carried out in complete opposition to ordinary everyday life. This spacious, very nicely decorated and well-equipped luxury villa is an excellent opportunity for complete relaxation of the body and spirit in the circle of the closest. You are in quiet and rural area but only 6km far from the most beautiful town Split with great restaurants, monuments and beaches.

This is a perfect villa for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet but still 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the center of tipical Dalmatian village where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, coffe shops, bars and market.Villa has been renovated and everything is new,beds, showers,bbg,heated pool,kitchen aplliances,air condition. The house is perfectly located, just 30 min car drive, from national park Krka with beautifull waterfalls and 3 UNESCO cities Sibenik, Trogir and Split.

It is last house in the street so on the side of villa there is endless nature and amazing landscape. The land on which the villa is located is 3000 square meters in size, so the whole land is for you to use and enjoy in your dream holiday. The neighborhood is very quiet and people there are very kind and friendly.
