Alloggio ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax con tutte la comodità ed i trasporti pubblici sotto casa. Immobile nuovo dotato di wi-fi, aria condizionata, lavatrice, internet, forno elettrico e microonde. La stazione dei treni dista 6 minuti a piedi ed il porto turistico è a 400mt. Ubicazione centralissima nella strada principale di Salerno piena di locali, bar, ristoranti e supermercati a pochi metri. Palazzo storico e signorile, ristrutturato con portierato (concierge).

A 100 metri dalla spiaggia e 5 min. a piedi dal centro e da Stazione imbarco Aliscafo. Salone-cucina con terrazza vista mare, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, posti letto 4. Dotata di aria condizionata nel salone, le camere da letto non sono dotate di aria condizionata ma essendo sul retro non sono esposte al sole. Non ammessi animali. Davanti casa c'è un parcheggio riservato per la Casa. La Tassa di soggiorno per il Comune di Vietri sul Mare da versare a parte è di euro 1,50 al giorno per persona.

È la miglior posizione per visitare la costiera amalfitana e il centro della città di Salerno, essendo in pieno centro .

Verdeazzurro (also called Casa Vietri) my beautifully panoramic holiday apartment, is very spacious. Fantastic view from all rooms, balconies and the big terrace. 10 minutes walk to the big beach in the marina. Garage for a medium size family car. Unlimited Wifi. Restaurants very close. Ideal location to explore all the other villages of the Amalfi coast, Pompeii, Naples, the Vesuvius, the island of Capri etc. Ideally located for beach relaxation and site seeing.
