Bright designer house (250 m2) close to the city centre. The house has a large open living room and kitchen, two terraces and a quiet garden. It's location is within 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest and central station (by train). Furthermore, the Nymphenburg Palace is within walking distance. - Complete house with garden in munich 15 minutes from centre. - Near metro (32 min to BAUMA) - Free parking. - 2x sleeping room (with 200x200 cm beds) - 1 children room with a bunk bed , which also can be used for two adults - Usually we live here and we let it in our holiday-time. - A professional tablesoccer is in the livingroom for a funny afterwork game ;-) - Playhouse and sandbox in the garden !!! One cat lives in the House. It will be feeted by an extern person!
