The design loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for private use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021. When designing the house, and in particular, the sustainability and the love for the detial were particularly important. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. The gondola in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area can be reached in 5 minutes by free ski bus or by car. Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace part and the garden. The new apartment is rural modern and very well appointed. Frasdorf is located at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestling in the rolling hills of the Voralpenland. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Simssee. Central between Munich and Salzburg and far from the hustle and bustle and stress in every season.

The "Köcken" farm is a farmhouse of the Moser family. The village center is minutes away by car and the property has great views of a mountain panorama. Due to the many rooms, the large room and the cozy atmosphere, it is well suited for families, larger groups and also for pets. The nearest bus stop as well as a very good Tyrolean tavern can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
