Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Apartment overlooking the Central Mountains

The one-story house is located on the border of the Central Bohemian Protected Landscape Area overlooking the bulk of the local volcanoes dominated by Raná. It is 3.5 km from the road no. 7 (D7), connecting Prague through Chomutov to the border crossing of Mount Saint Sebastian to Germany. The 1st floor is used for guests' stay, which is lockable, and the garden with parking is used for guests' stay. In the city of Louny, 7 km away with the famous church of St. Nicholas and an indoor pool. Klíny's family ski resort is 48 km away. Sport Centrum Storm is 56 km away.

Accommodation in a quiet village of Mácha Region near Bezděz Castle (70 km from Prague) Separate apartment on the first floor with private entrance from the garden. Equipped kitchen, living room, smart-TV, wifi, balcony. Above the living room is a gallery with a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet. You have a garden with an indoor pool, a covered seating area with a fireplace. Ideal for hiking and biking tours around Mácha County, or in nearby Kokořínsko. Horseback riding in the neighborhood.

Holiday room "Maria" by GutsMuths House

18th-century half-timbered house in a quiet corner of the old town centre, and known as GutsMuths’ birthplace. Restoration finished in 2017. Enjoy the romantic atmosphere, classic furniture, and unique decoration. Accommodation offers double bed, pleasant sitting area, wardrobe and bathroom with a walk-in shower. "Maria" is a compact, cosy room for a solo adventurer or couple. No kitchen installing. A group of up to four guests can take this plus our other room, "Barbara" located just opposite.

Super Central Eco-Friendly Smart Home

Central guest suite at the border to the famous party and culture districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. Located in the district "Berlin-Mitte" (meaning middle of Berlin), so it can't get more central than that! Right across the world-famous Kit Kat Club. And to Berghain (the world's most famous club) it's less than a 30-minute walk, 1 stop by train, or less than 10 minutes by cab! The spacious room about 45m2 is located in the annex and has separate access. Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Newly renovated vacation house near Bayreuth

Newly renovated house with floor heating, an open kitchen with all required appliances, dining area, living room with a cozy fire place-(wood provided), a high quality couch that folds out into a queen size bed, flat screen/satellite TV, Stereo, DVD player, a cozy bedroom 140 cm x 200 cm a modern bathroom, patio and free WIFI.
