The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Waldkauz's guesthouse family in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventure seekers, families (with kids) and larger groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and are very comfortable regularly.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue.
