Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Large glass windows and sliding glass doors face Skaneateles Lake. This small (420 sq ft) but complete living space is perfect for 1 or 2 vacationing adults or a corporate traveler in town for a short stay. Aerus Active Pure treated environment. Renovated in 2017. High end kitchen appliances, indoor gas fireplace, AC, washer and dryer make this a complete living space. This is the smaller cottage behind the 2BR place. Log cabin living with this beautiful cozy getaway right across the road from Oneida Lake. Private back yard with a grill and firepit for a relaxing afternoon. Great place for a romantic getaway. Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.
