Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

It is located on private property separate from the residence and is next to a tranquil pet friendly park, walking path and labyrinth. You will be close to downtown Rochester (5 minute drive), Wegmans (walk ~ 10 min), Cobbs Hill, which overlooks the city and skyline, all Universities and festivals.

Tree Camping

Here's an opportunity to elevate your camping experience. Sleep above ground away from the critters and creepies best left to themselves. The tent is extremely comfortable with the feeling of being in a giant hammock. The chosen camp site is located on a peninsular with creeks on three sides. It's total privacy. You'll get the feeling of being in the wilderness. The bathroom is about 1/4 mile away. We are on the east side of Seneca Lake with 75 acres of woods, creeks and orchards.

Charming waterfront property sleeps 7 people; 1 king bed cottage/1 queen bed cottage/1 full bedroom in main cottage/1 queen pullout in main cottage living room; full bath serves the Twin and the Queen pullout. Privacy galore, shared dock to swim off. Permanent dock for a boat slip. WATERFRONT lawn to reside at; a large deck above the Boat house for eating and gathering; private patio between the North and Main cottages for dining and views of the lake!
