Cozy apartment in perfect location

Welcome, Looking forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower:toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birds chirping over a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, end the day at the "Greek" (150m) in the evening. The apartment is located in the countryside, but only 15 min. from the center. The Munich Munich fairgrounds are 20 min. The U-Bahn runs directly to the Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. Highway is 5. min. away.

Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box spring bed, a bathroom with rain shower and a living area with adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed, on which one more person can stay. In the entrance, there is also a cozy, covered seating lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the foothills of the Alps and, of course, to the Erding thermal spa.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Light-filled self-contained apartment with a private fruit garden and separate access in a quiet park settlement. Complete kitchen, bathroom with tub, Smart HD TV, free Wi-Fi, king-size bed, very clean. Great location with perfect connection to public and private transit. Within the city limits and yet like in the countryside. In the middle of the unique model settlement from the 30s.
