Sorry no pets Flexible check in/out dependent on schedule We are a hobby farm setting, grounds are maintained but not golf course manicured :) Play house just added for the kiddos!

Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Ask us about monthly off-season pricing specials! My place is close to Downtown Holland, Restaurants, Family Activities (BAM!, Craig's Cruisers, Aquatic Center), the Beach, and SO MUCH MORE! You’ll love it because it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay and to RELAX! The house is great for couples and families (with kids). The house has hi-speed Wi-Fi with Amazon Fire Stick TV, not cable. Please note that as of Oct. 15, 2020, no overnight (2am-5am) street parking is allowed.

BBQ grill on property. , WiFi included. This cottage is one of 3 on a large private piece of property. Groups of up to 18 can be hosted on this same property. Located on the way to the beaches, on a main road that has medium traffic. Sorry, no pets.
