From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. The apartment is bright and cozy with views of the countryside. In about 7 minutes walk you can reach the train station, a small supermarket with bakery, steam pier and our beach with pavilion (food & drink) on the Ammersee. Hiking & bike paths start directly at your doorstep. 2 restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.

A small cottage in the countryside

Our little cottage is located in the middle of our horse farm, where we also live ourselves. Here you live idyllically in nature and yet conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through the nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (about 30 minutes away by car each) is ideal for exploring the city. The small cottage has a small kitchen, as well as a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The stylish, modern and lovingly furnished apartment in an architect's house is located in a quiet location near the village center. The architect made optimal use of the hillside location to the east for the apartment located in the basement. In addition to stays for business reasons, the apartment is also suitable for holidays in the Chiemgau. Munich is easily accessible via the subway from Messestadt Ost (26 minutes to the subway).
