Beautiful location for all activities in and around Laax. Comfortable with children or just as an adult weekend in the mountains. The apartment is stylish, and still pet and child friendly. There are boardgames for those lazy moments and the Postauto (local bus) to the hill in winter and overall in the area, is just five minutes walk away. You will find a bakery, restaurant, butcher and grocery store within a 7 min walk. Price for renting the flat includes bedding and linens for 2 guests.

The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. Relax in this homey home. It is very cozy and has everything you need. A well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, oven, coffee machine ( Nesspresso capsule) dishwasher and ceramic stove. Our youngest guests are also provided with children's toys , high chair, stair gate crib. The bus stop is 3 minutes' walk from the house. By car, you can reach the central station of the Flumserbergbahnen in 2 minutes or at the beautiful Walensee

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Our apartment is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet and is the perfect starting point for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi, the sports center with tennis court, playground, dwarf path, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station)
