Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Also in 1km: Grotto Peo + Grotto Ginestra. Arrival by public transport: walk from Arcegno (stop Chiesa) of 90 min/500 m Orientation: East. "Casa la Rustica", arredamento funzionale e confortevole, adatta a tutti, per chi cerca il relax, per chi ama passeggiare in montagna o per chi cerca delle escursioni impegnative. Vicino avete il bellissimo fiume con le sue acque verdi. E molto vicina all' area Boulder. Per uso privato: giardino e barbecue. Scalinata (15 scalini) fino a la casa. Parcheggio privato per due auto. Negozio alimentare 700 m, ristorante 200 m, fermata bus 250 m, piscina 15 km, stabilimento balneare 15 km.
