Raffinato e curato appartamento direttamente sul lago. Appartamento per due persone.. L’appartamento ha due piani, al piano terra oltre che il salotto troviamo l’uscita diretta sulla spiaggia pubblica. Completamente rinnovato con complementi di alto standing. Parcheggio pubblico. Compreso nel prezzo. Indicare nr. di targa prima dell’arrivo. In 15 min si raggiunge Locarno e Ascona, 20 min Bellinzona. In 5 minuti a piedi troviamo bar, ristoranti, bagno pubblico, campo da tennis.

3.5 room Appartamento La Rondine is located in a quiet location very close to the Italian border. Just a few steps separate the Appartamento from the lake. A private walk to the beach is part of it, which is only shared with the residents of the apartment Pettirosso next door. All rooms have an unrestricted dreamlike view of the lake. There is also the possibility of turning the sofa into another two sleeping possibilities. The Appartamento is modern and cozy.
