Fantastic mountain idyll, magnificent view of Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,... , all day sun, a sensational balcony. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...Bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, furnishings cozy and traditional. With solar and log heating, as well as a new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pastures, children welcome, small playground, bullerbü on the mountains!

Cozy old mill with wonderful mountain views

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

Our quiet apartment (37m²), overlooking the Tennengebirge, offers a direct access to the ski area and our cross-country ski trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site in just 2 minutes on foot, as well as numerous walking and hiking trails. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Restaurants and inns are also very close. Enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery at the foot of the Tennen Mountains. We look forward to seeing you.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75m2) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Relax in this special and quiet rural accommodation near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car.
