Lovingly furnished apartment in a farmhouse with balcony, romantic garden and small pool. Due to the thick walls, there is a great indoor climate, even in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming . Lake Chiemsee can be reached by car in 5 minutes and the mountains in 15 minutes. Beautiful bike rides can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walkways directly from the front door and the dogs are also allowed to run freely.

Great for dogs!! Compact studio apartment but with a large private terrace and access to the main garden. On the side of our holiday house we have a delightful small private apartment with two entrances and full sun. The area is great for hiking, biking and as a base. Dual car parking and space for keeping skis or bikes under shelter. It's ideal for two people with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Direct train to Munich. We offer a good discount for longer stays.

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel comfortable! Fast 80 Mbps Internet! There's a balcony for morning coffee in the sun, and a balcony with a big table for having dinner while enjoying the sunset. The house is situated about 10 min walk from the city centre, 2 minutes away from supermarkets and is still very quietly positioned.
