Our 2 bedroom suite includes lounge/dining room, luxury bathroom and a hot tub/jacuzzi. The suite, with private entrance, is attached to one end of - but entirely private from the owners’ residence. The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Very spacious self-contained studio, set amongst gardens of the main house on the edge of a dairy farm. Peaceful quiet location at the end of a no exit road with beautiful views. Light breakfast included, Toast, Spreads, Orange Juice, Fresh Milk. Yogurt, Cereals.
