Sunny, cosy and comfortable cottage on owner's property. Located Acacia Bay, 8 min from Taupo township. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge, toastie maker and microwave. Salt, pepper, serviettes, hand towels provided. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside seating area to enjoy the semi-rural setting. Off street parking with designated parking area. Large enough for car and trailer. Lock up for bicycles on request. Extra towels for lake or local hot pools swimming are available.

Beautiful self contained unit with farm setting with cats, dogs , goats and sheep you can feed then with the lake just down the road , Hamurana redwoods , Hamurana golf club bring your clubs just a walk away with a playground and lake edge walking track and Hamurana shop not far for the few things you may need . You could bring your boat as there is many lakes to go on and fish on. Then just 15 minutes from Rotorua main town or just 5 to Ngongotaha then only a a hour from other close towns.

We'd love to host you in our peaceful, fully self-contained guest cottage at Lake Rotorua! This light & airy holiday-house has everything you need including full cooking facilities (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils), all linen, washing machine and free fast wifi (NO extra cleaning or linen fees are added onto price). Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

There is 1 cabin with bedroom ,1 with kitchenette and couch and 1 with toilet and shower....Private, next to bush and stream with view of the mountain..There is lots of outdoor space to relax in..with outdoor fireplace...the sound of running water..bush... close to rail trail..and bush walks, in the heart of gold mining history. lf you like peace and nature you will be happy here. Grab a bean bag and a book,sit in the bush or on the bush edge and allow nature to nurse and relax your soul.

Peace Of Bali - relax & unwind

Private getaway for 1 or 2 people. Easy walk to the beach, Trig walk, Surf Club, RSA & Flatwhite. Our Guesthouse is new, warm, stand alone, self contained & North facing. Bask in the sun on the large deck & cook on the Bbq. Parking room for a small boat or a Campervan. The Guesthouse in our front yard is down a 'right of way' (perfect for stargazing) & is 30 m's from our house. Native trees, brings you privacy & an enclosure of a tropical garden makes you feel like you're in the tropics.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. Rural retreat

Private studio with spectacular views. Hosts house on same property so readily available, self catering but meals available by arrangement. A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning

Rural private guesthouse in a quiet country garden

Tucked away in a very private tranquil setting only 9km from Taupo is our 1 bedroom guesthouse with separate kitchen area, lounge and bathroom. Surrounding the cottage is an expansive deck where you can take in the stunning country garden or just sit back and listen to the silence. Plenty of parking. WIFI available - not fibre, but get 15-20mbps. Sometimes WIFI is erractic for reasons unknown. Sorry no pets.
