Huge 4BD Historic Detroit Home

A beautiful homes. This is a 4 bd, 4 bath historic home in one of the most beautiful, one of a kind neighborhoods. Unfortunately not for events, or parties larger than 8 people. Woodbridge is in Midtown, and a mile from Detroit's finest sights, art, and stadiums. We have been in Greece for a few years. We started the journey to lend a hand during the Syrian refugee crisis, and found it also to be a wonderful place to raise our boys. You are helping make this happen, and we are grateful!

U of M Brighton Center Specialty Care is 2 minutes away. Mt. Brighton is right down the street. Close to Downtown Brighton(1 Mile), Brighton Rec Area Trail Head(1/2 mile), Mt Brighton(1/2 mile). Close to the Skiing, Lakes, Beach, Nightlife, Restaurants and Dining. The place is a private 2nd story space on what is left of the largest farm on the west side of Brighton. The place is private. My place is great for Skiers/Boarders, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. U of M care center.

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.

This is a 50's style sunny duplex, 1.3 mile to the Big House . A full kitchen for those who love to cook. The large private deck with a patio table is perfect for relaxing. Within a 10 minute walk there are a variety of restaurants. There are two desks- one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room, pulls out to give you a lot of space. Lovely classic Ann Arbor home on the Old West Side right where Huron splits into Dexter and Jackson Avenues. The house is steps from a convenience store, about one mile to Main St. downtown and less than 3/4 of a mile to all the shops, Kroger's and Zingerman's Roadhouse at Jackson and Stadium Blvd. There is parking on site for a small car in the garage and two cars in tandem on the driveway. There is also and a great backyard with BBQ for relaxing.
