A new, comfortable apartment in a secluded part of the city. Approximately 800 meters to the center. The city beach and the pier are about 1.3 km away. Nearby gas station and Biedronka. Second floor apartment (with elevator), small building, commissioned in 2021. Fully furnished and equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction kitchen, TV, Wi-fi, air conditioner, coffee maker). It consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and spacious terrace. Underground garage included.

The apartment is located in Villa Park , located right on the promenade running on the Ełki lake. Villa Park is fenced, protected, monitored 24 hours a day. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, elevator, near the restaurant, close to the center. The price includes a parking space in the garage. In addition, two bicycles are available to guests. Great place to work remotely (high-speed wifi available). Great place to relax. I offer an airport transfer for a fee.

Apartment near 2 lakes in Warmia and Masuria

The biscuit is a great place to get away from the daily rush in a big city, and my apartment gives you the opportunity. It is located in the city center, 4 km from the lake Dadaj and 2 km from the city lake Krask, where you can relax on the beaches, rent water equipment or fish (the permit must be purchased). Both have a safe bike path from the apartment itself (I have 4 bikes available). It's also a great base for exploring many towns and tourist attractions

This stylish place is ideal for both leisure and business stays. The duplex apartment will provide you with comfortable living conditions and the underground garage will secure your car. The new residential building has a quiet elevator so getting to the 2nd floor will not be a problem. On the mezzanine there is a large spacious bedroom and at the bottom a double comfortable bed. The whole apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary accessories.
